We stand behind every product we make at Maskofera™. Your sleep matters to us, and we want you to love your Bluetooth Sleep Mask as much as we do. This policy explains our returns, refunds, and limited warranty in simple, fair terms.

2️⃣ Full Policy
A — Returns (Change of Mind)
If you decide the Maskofera Sleep Mask isn’t for you, you can return it within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is:

Unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Includes all accessories (USB cable, user manual, original box).

Free from stains, odors, or damage.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated in a promotion.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your peace of mind.
We cannot accept returns if:

The item has been used, washed, or shows signs of wear.

Accessories, manuals, or packaging are missing.

It’s a hygiene item that has been worn next to the skin.

The return request is made after 30 days.
B — Damaged, Defective, or Non-Functional Items
If your sleep mask arrives damaged, defective, or becomes non-functional during normal use:

Once verified, we’ll issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and provide return instructions.
Maskofera covers all reasonable shipping costs for approved defective or damaged items and will offer — at your choice — a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
We reserve the right to inspect returned products before processing a replacement or refund.
C — Limited 12-Month Warranty (Manufacturer Defects)
Your Maskofera Sleep Mask is covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage

Misuse, drops, or exposure to water beyond intended cleaning instructions

Damage caused by non-approved chargers or modifications

Unauthorized repairs or disassembly

Accidental damage or neglect
Warranty claims require proof of purchase, photos/videos of the issue, and the product serial number if available.
Valid claims will result in a repair, replacement, or refund — at Maskofera’s discretion.
D — Hygiene & Product-Specific Notes
Because the Bluetooth Sleep Mask is a personal and skin-contact product, we cannot accept returns of used masks for hygiene and safety reasons.
Only unused, unopened, and sealed items qualify for a change-of-mind return.
Battery & electronic components:
Warranty is void if inspection shows misuse, tampering, liquid damage, or charging with unauthorized cables.
E — Refund & Processing Times

Before shipment: Full refund upon cancellation.

After delivery: Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Approved refunds are issued within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Bank/card processing times may vary.

Shipping fees, express upgrades, and third-party duties or taxes are non-refundable unless the item was defective or Maskofera made an error.
F — Exchanges & Replacements
If you’d like an immediate replacement and stock is available, we’ll prioritize your new shipment.
In some cases, we may require the original item to be returned first before sending the replacement.
G — International Orders
For customers outside the U.S., return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective and Maskofera authorizes a prepaid label.
Import duties, VAT, and customs fees are non-refundable.
When shipping back internationally, clearly mark the parcel as “Returned Product — No Commercial Value” to avoid customs delays.
H — Right to Refuse or Partial Refunds
Maskofera reserves the right to deny or reduce refunds for:

Items returned without prior authorization (no RMA)

Missing accessories or damaged packaging

Signs of use or improper handling
No restocking fees apply for standard returns, but deductions may apply if the returned item is unsellable.
