2. Order Processing & Quality Check

Processing cutoff:
Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on business days begin processing the same day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST, on weekends, or holidays are processed the next business day.

Processing time:
Please allow 1–2 business days for packaging, inspection, and dispatch.

Quality control:
Each Maskofera Sleep Mask passes through a thorough quality check — verifying Bluetooth connection, sound performance, and fabric integrity — before shipping.


3. Tracking & Notifications

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details and a carrier link.

If you created a Maskofera account during checkout, you can also view your shipment’s live status under ā€œMy Ordersā€ anytime.


4. Multiple Shipments

If your order includes multiple items shipped from different fulfillment centers, you may receive separate packages.
Each package will include its own tracking number and delivery estimate.


5. International Duties, Taxes & Customs

Import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees vary by country and are not included in your checkout price unless stated otherwise.
These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking your local customs office before placing your order to understand possible fees.
Maskofera cannot refund or reimburse foreign customs charges.


6. Delivery Issues

6.1 If Your Order Is Late

Check your tracking link for updates.
If there’s no progress for 2+ business days beyond the estimated date, contact support@maskofera.com with your order number and tracking link — we’ll assist immediately.

6.2 If Your Package Is Lost

If tracking shows ā€œdeliveredā€ but you haven’t received your order:

  • Check your mailbox, porch, and with neighbors.

  • Contact the carrier directly.

If still missing after 14 days, we’ll file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund at your choice.

6.3 Refused / Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or non-collection, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
We’ll contact you to confirm before resending.


7. Changing Your Shipping Address

  • Before shipment: Contact us immediately at support@maskofera.com. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update the address.

  • After shipment: Address changes are limited; please contact the carrier directly for rerouting (carrier fees may apply).
    Maskofera is not liable for redirect fees once the package is in transit.


8. Signature & High-Value Orders

High-value shipments may require a signature upon delivery for added security.
If you opt out of signature confirmation, Maskofera cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.


9. Force Majeure & Unexpected Delays

Events beyond our control — such as severe weather, customs delays, carrier network issues, or public emergencies — may temporarily affect delivery times.
We’ll notify you promptly if delays occur and ensure your package arrives safely.
